Laurel Medical Associates ships to all fifty states, as well as Puerto Rico and the U.S. Virgin Islands. While standard shipping rates apply to orders going to Puerto Rico and the U.S. Virgin Islands, overnight delivery is not available to these territories. We do not ship or bill online orders internationally. If you are outside of the United States or its territories, please contact us for ordering information.

Laurel Medical Associates ships all online orders via United Parcel Service (UPS), which delivers Monday through Friday (holidays excluded). Overnight delivery is not available on Saturday or Sunday.

In addition to Standard Ground service, Laurel Medical Associates customers can choose from among the following express delivery options:

• 2nd Day Air
• 3 Day Select
• Next Day Air

Shipments via UPS Standard Ground service should arrive within 7 business days from the time an order leaves our warehouse. Express orders ship the same business day, pending order verification, if received by 12 noon CST.

Laurel Medical Associates charges the standard UPS published rates along with a $5.00 handling fee. Shipping costs depend on the weight of the package(s), the distance to be delivered and the method of delivery - i.e. Ground or Express delivery.

We have made every effort to keep shipping costs as low as possible. We recommend that you place your orders early enough to take advantage of the least expensive shipping method - which is Standard UPS Ground which may take up to 7 days to arrive - depending on the shipping destination.

When will my package arrive?

Most orders will process the first business day after you place the order online. You will receive a confirmation e-mail from UPS once your package has shipped from our warehouse. Simply click on the link provided in the e-mail notification to check the status of your order. You also have the option of checking your account online at LaurelMedicine.com. Your account information includes an Order History that contains your UPS tracking number and allows you to check your UPS delivery schedule in real time. ** Please note that it may take 24 hours before tracking information appears on the UPS web site.

Merchandise Returns

In the event that you need to return merchandise, please contact us to request a Returned Goods Authorization number for UPS (call (301) 497-0401 or email info@laurelmedicine.com. We must be notified of your desire to return merchandise within 10 days of receipt of your order. We are not able to refund shipping charges.
